Welcome to the SHARKS!
The Sharks Swim Club is a USA Swimming year-round swim team for swimmers aged 3yrs-99. We practice in the Friendswood & League City, Texas area. Our program has several levels depending on your swimmer's age, ability, and commitment level. Here are the different team options.
New swimmers to the team will need to complete a quick tryout. Tryouts are run at the Friendswood HS pool on Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the year. Swimmers joining the swim school or the masters team do not need to complete a tryout. If you have a question about the appropriate level for the swim school, we can schedule a tryout as needed.
COMPETITIVE TEAM
The competitive team is a year-round program (September-July) for swimmers 5yr+. Swimmers are placed in groups based on their age & ability and compete in monthly competitions.

RECREATIONAL TEAM
The recreational team is a year-round, session-based swim team. The program consists of 5 sessions, running from 8 to 12 weeks.

SWIM SCHOOL
The swim school runs year-round at the Friendswood HS pool. During the months of May- September, the swim school offers classes in West League City, Pomona (Manvel), CLCCA and mobile private lessons.
MASTERS GROUP
The Masters group is for swimmers 18 years and older. The group is made up of adults looking to train to compete, train for fitness, and train for triathlons.
